Nokia X3-02 Firmware v06.00 With The New Swipe Features

Nokia recently updated its C3 Touch and Type device, which bring the new Swipe to Unlock feature. Now, the same feature is available for the X3 Touch and Type phone via new firmware update. The Nokia X3-02 candy bar phone comes with a 2.4 inch touchscreen display as well as a physical T9 keypad. The latest firmware version can be downloaded from the Nokia Software Update or via. Over-The-Air (OTA).

The latest firmware is numbered 06.00 and it comes with the new swipe features. You can unlock your device by swiping from left to right. When on the home screen, you can open the Collection view by swiping from left to right and the Games view by swiping from right to left. Check out the complete changelog, after the break:

It is advised to backup all your data before updating the device, just to make sure that no important files are lost during the installation.
